The 5th Annual Living Nativity

A truly unique celebration in 2020!

This Christmas at the 3B Homestead, Mark and Sondra are bringing The Living Nativity to the community as a drive-through experience.  Their delivery of the nativity story is different from what people think of as the typical nativity scene where Mary, Joseph, Shepherds, Wisemen, and Angels are gathered around a manger looking at baby Jesus.

This year guests will stay in the car with the windows up (due to COVID-19), drive through the homestead, and see the Stable Animals in 20 different stations.   Using their personal cell phone or other electronic device, guests will listen to stories on a podcast and learn about the birth of Jesus, as told in Luke 2.  

 

Most of the stable animals belong to Mark and Sondra; a few are loaned to them from Cass County 4-H families.  Family and friends graciously volunteered to be the voices on The Living Nativity podcast.

No reservations are needed.  This community outreach of the 3BHomestead, LLC is a free event.  Donations are appreciated to help defray expenses, and the additional costs incurred to make this a drive-through experience.

This is the 5th year for The Living Nativity.  Mark your calendar and make plans to come.  It's a refreshing Christmas family tradition that stretches across the generations and will make lasting and treasured memories.
